Corbin Comishin is the principle CPA, of C. Comishin & Associates Inc, the CFO of Midpoint Holdings Ltd. and sits on the board of directors of Midpoint Holdings Ltd. Midpoint is a peer to peer currency exchange platform operating out of London UK and is currently trading on the TSXv. He is an Alumnus of the University of Calgary with a BComm in Accounting and studied under the institute of Chartered Accountants for his accounting designation. Corbin is very active in his community working on projects such as building baseball diamonds, sitting on boards and coaching. He has a wealth of experience in many aspects of business and enjoys very much helping his clients grow and succeed at their businesses. Corbin was raised in the East Kootenays and has live in the West Kootenays since 1994. Family and friends are very important part of his life.

B.COMM, Senior Accountant
Dominic has worked for C. Comishin & Associates Inc. since June 2000. Prior to that, Dominic held various positions including working in the accounting department for a retail store, working with clients setting up accounting software and bookkeeping, a previous local accounting office and is the Executive Director and Treasurer for a non-profit organization.
Dominic has held a variety of positions with the firm starting as a junior accountant and working up to his current position of Accountant. Dominic completed the Business Administration Accounting/Finance program through Selkirk College and has a Bachelor of Administrative Studies. He also participates in professional development courses annually.
Dominic does engagement work for the firm including audit, review, compilation, personal tax, bookkeeping and accounting software guidance, IT assistance, staff training and support. A sports enthusiast, Dominic enjoys all sports from trail running, tennis, golf, softball, walking and hockey.
ACIA, Senior Accountant
Vanessa has worked for C. Comishin & Associates Inc. since June 2000. She has prior work experience including accounting work for the provincial government, financial institution corporate finances and as an Executive Director for a non-profit housing co-operative.
Vanessa has held a variety of positions with us, starting as the office manager/receptionist and working her way through to her current position of Accountant. Vanessa completed the Business Administration Accounting/Finance program through Selkirk College, the Advanced Accounting certificate program through the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of BC and participates in regular professional development courses. She works in a varied capacity for the firm including audit, review, compilation, personal tax, bookkeeping & accounting software assistance and staff training & support.
ACIA, Senior Accounting Technician
Rachel has worked for C. Comishin & Associates Inc. since Oct 2010. Rachel works in a varied capacity for the firm including bookkeeping, personal tax, corporate tax & accounting software assistance and staff training & support.
Kaleb began working at C. Comishin & Associates during the 2018 tax season. Kaleb is an Accounting Technician in a varied capacity at the firm which includes compilation engagements, corporate tax, personal tax, and bookkeeping.
Connor began working at C. Comishin & Associates during the 2018 tax season and has since worked in multiple capacities at the firm. Currently he is an Accounting Technician whose work includes compilation engagements, corporate tax, personal tax, and bookkeeping.
Bookkeeping & Administration
Vinnie began working at the firm in March 2021. A keen learner, Vinnie currently works in the capacities of bookkeeping and administration.
Office Manager & Reception
The newest addition to our team, Maria began working at the firm in September 2021. Utilizing her background and skillset in administrative management and marketing, Maria currently works in the capacities of office management and receptionist.
